Blog posts can't refer to images in static

Environment

macOS, node v8.6.0, npm 5.6.0
(OS, Node, npm, yarn)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write a blog post
2. Refer to e.g. an image in /static/img/foo.png

Expected Behavior

Being able to access that url and show the image. This works fine everywhere else on the site.

Actual Behavior

Url isn't valid
