Link external in webview

Hi
i hove a big probleme in my code i wont de add webview with a src to file html , this file hove a link (href), I wont wen I press to link he open in brewser not in webview , I whork now with onNavigationStateChange i do : this.webview.stopLoading(); but i hove a webview empty , pleas help me how i can stop loading auther links in webview
