Is there any way to train an instance segmentation model on a ROI (getting ROI using another instance segmentation model) of an image?

Hi,

I want to know if there is any way to train an instance segmentation model on a ROI of an image without first cropping it. The ROI is getting from another instance segmentation model.

Current way:

1. Run instance segmentation model1 on the images and get the ROI - bounding box and segmentation.
2. Crop the images using the bounding box coordinates.
3. Train instance segmentation model2 on the cropped images.
