Dear Brant,

I have been using your pipeline to extract CO1 barcodes for all my datasets, but for some reason I ran into this error today.

OSError: lastz: b'Can't understand "/Users/rodolfoprobst/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box/Myrmelachista_all"\n(my guess) perhaps you have too many sequence files in the command\n

I tried all ways of troubleshooting that I could think of - including reinstalling LASTZ, double-checking repositories and files, tried using a single contig file with a single barcode bait, to no success. Any feedback you could provide on this error message?
