A Google Sign-On button needs to be displayed in the top right when the webpage is visited. Upon clicking the button the user should be redirected to our Google Sign-On page.

CoA: The user can click the Google Sign-On button, be asked for permissions to use their forms, fheets, and locations. After logging in, they should be sent back to the home page.
