Lets not worry where the data is coming in request from, eg don't care if its coming from query parameter, url or request body.

We will first look for data in URL named parameter, then post body, and then query. For HTTP request has body we would also handled Content-Types: application/x-www-form-urlencoded, multipart/form-data and application/json.
