This PR adds the
bellatrixspec tests alongside thealtairandphase0. It also removes theminimalversion of the tests since it was not scalable to keep so many different structs with different tags.This PR also disables
BeaconStatesince it was already failing anyway for themainnetspecs. It will be introduced later on as part of another PR.
