Je ne pense pas que GitHub permette de faire autre chose… À creuser !

À vérifier : peut-on déployer un .htaccess sut GitHub Pages ? Ça m’étonnerait, mais ça permettrait de gérer plus proprement les redirections aussi (cf Automate 301 redirects in 11ty</cite< on Flamed Fury.
