No more preference for icon colors on/off

There used to be a setting for turning off icon colors, which made it better for dark UIs. Where did this go?

It's moved slightly, there was a issue with having folders within the stylesheets (#57)

This is the new path

@import "packages/file-icons/features/no-colours";
