Goal

Enable sending funds to existing addresses and CALLing other EVM smart contracts

Implementation scope

This release:

• Ethereum JSON-RPC sans events, possibly with temporary in-protocol Ethereum signature validation if account abstraction not ready
• Adds support for REVERT opcode
• Cross-EVM contract calls (to enable sending funds to existing addresses), including METHODNUM opcode EVM runtime: handle Filecoin method number (inbound and outbound) #805
• Implement missing opcodes
  • EVM-887: Storage footprint test contract builtin-actors#689
  • EVM runtime: implement EXTCODESIZE, EXTCODEHASH, EXTCODECOPY opcodes #838
• Account abstraction progress
• Extensible addressing progress
