actors代码生成优化 #4699

actor-render生成的文件名和lotus并不完全一致，这个不影响使用，但可以优化:(1)actor.go->[dir].go; (2)state.v*.go->v*.go; (3) message.v*.go->message*.go;建议这部分用lotus的做,见代码: chain/actors/agen/main.go
actor-replica在builtin子模块已经生成了actor.go的情况下依旧生成了[dir].go,重复导致冲突,需要手动删除
