FINOS and KDB to update KDB master branch to main #65

Description

The KDB team would like FINOS to coordinate and implement the KDB repo master branch to main prior to the next KDB project meeting on Monday 14th February 2022.

Hey @alvin-c-shih we can take care of the branch name change on Wednesday the 19th of January. Does that give you enough time to commit and merge outstanding pull requests?

The master branches for these repositories have been renamed to main:

Your members will have to manually update their local environments. GitHub will let them know when they visit the repository, or you can share the following commands.

git branch -m master main
git fetch origin
git branch -u origin/main main
git remote set-head origin -a
