Description
Cleanly shut down PGlite when we shut down Data Connect emulator. When not shut down cleanly, data directory files can get corrupted. Before adding persistence support, this didnt matter (since we never reused the DD), but with the addition of import/export and dataDir, this corruption was causing errors when starting up the emulator the next time.
Also, pass
--debugalong to PGLite so we can get detailed Postgres debug logs.
