Allow Pixel Perfect to be used without opening the DevTools

In order to manipulate the page (insert an image) the tool needs a connection to backend DevTools server that's started when the toolbox is open. So, that's why it's open automatically.
I believe that Pixelperfect could open its own connection, but the question if that's necessary...
What the user would actually do without theToolbox?

• Sometimes you just want to check without devtools
• Some of us use hot reload which does not make devtools useful in this case, rather prefer to edit directly in the editor and not via the inspector
