Hello!

Just downloaded Zcoin v0.14.0.0 for Win and started ip. The wallet begins to sync but on sync windows there's a wording (in Russian) that until the sync is done I can't spend my BITCOINS (see биткоины on the screenshot).
Screenshot is attached.
Please correct the wording for the wallet startup.
