Should we include timeliness/validates_timeliness/chronic in the template?

I like the idea, but I think unless we have more assignments that focus on dates and times then it doesn't make too much sense.

On second thought, I guess MSM and Photogram could both be modified to parse or validate more dates or times. So I think this could be a good addition.
