The changes of endpoint and service provider

Since Railway no longer provides free-tier (see the blog) and no donations to pay for paid services until now, I decided to switch to another hosting service provider that provides a free-tier, namely cyclic.sh.

Therefore, the old endpoint https://idn-area.up.railway.app is hereby inactive. You have to switch to a new endpoint at https://idn-area.cyclic.app.
