We've been struggling with updating policies of several Rust libraries for nightly Rust and luck of its stablity (that why we have to constantly change Rust compiler versions on CI). And also it force Marine's users to use nightly not only for integration with marine, but also for marine_test.

So it's better to finally switch to stable Rust.
