add fluent-plugin-detect-exceptions & fluent-plugin-prometheus to dockerfile #476

Imho both plugins should be used in fluentd-bit dockerfile.

fluent-plugin-detect-exceptions helps to log multiline errors like java stacktraces:

fluent-plugin-prometheus exports metrics for prometheus monitoring:
https://github.com/fluent/fluent-plugin-prometheus

ahh... damn... the fluentd plugins don't seem compatible :-(

maybe you can use it al inspiration for an own plugin anyway.
