ForestGEO is buildging a collection of computer programs to help you analyze forest diversity and dynamics. All programs are written in R -- a language and computing environment that is widely used in ecology. Collectively, we refer to our collection of R programs as fgeo.

fgeo is subdivided in distinct packages to analyze trees abundance, demography, and habitats
(fgeo.abundance, fgeo.demography, fgeo.habitat). It also includes packages to simplify the visualization (fgeo.map) and manipulation (fgeo.tool) of
ForestGEO datasets (e.g. fgeo.data).

For information on how to install and use fgeo, please visit https://forestgeo.github.io/fgeo.
