Schedule.html calendar view without speaker names and images

In the calendar view there are no speaker names and images. Please add these here as well and ensure the generated PDF shows them too.

I think the names and images are there.. while for images that do not load we have an issue #2238

Expected is that a small speaker image icon and the speaker name shows up in the calendar view itself.
