I would like to become the maintainer of the Brazilian Regional of ERPNext

I'm opening that issue to correlate with the same topic into discuss https://discuss.erpnext.com/t/reginal-brasileira-brazil-compliance-nfe/89121

And also to start sending back to ERPNext all the customizations needed to Brazilian Compliance linked to that issue

@MaxMorais from version-14 onwards we have decided to separate domains and localization into separate frappe apps themselves so that the contributed maintaining those have complete autonomy over it.

Following this, a few localizations have already moved out of core ERPNext and some are in progress, you can refer to the below PR for reference. #30584

You can start an app and use hooks to add the features need for standard flows. Once the app is ready it can be listed as an official ERPNext for brazil compliance.
