chore: add lab for working with typescript in frontend cert

We will have a lab to have campers practice working with typescript fundamentals.
You can see what videos will come before this on the sheet.

We will supply the css for them. So there will be no steps having them write that out.

For suggestions, maybe a tic tac toe game or simon game might work here.

Acceptance criteria

• add your lab files to the react project folder in the front-end cert directory

marking this as blocked for now until we know what the final editor implementation will look like for the react and typescript projects.
