#187 which has already been merge restricted qubes-rpc to deny by default for requests inbound to SecureDrop workstation VMs. To ensure defense-in-depth, we should restrict qubes-rpc policies outbound as well, for any SecureDrop workstation requests. ($sd-workstation $anyvm deny).
