Feature request

Description

Right now we save custom uploaded images to the Flask object's static_folder as i/custom_logo.png. This is fine, but it might make more sense to move it to /var/lib/seucredrop since that is the more *nix way to handle data generated by package.

Related to #3057.

User Stories

As a *nix admin, I want to see uploaded content in a slightly more predictable place.
