Description

Tor has released a version of Tor that addresses a medium severity DoS vulnerability [1]

Xenial builds are not available yet [2], but we should monitor the weekly job for failures, and will let us know when the debs are released. We should also check if the debs are available prior to cutting the 1.5.0 release branch.
