Description

Initially reported by @kushaldas in #5464 (review)

Steps to Reproduce

  • observe failure of make typelint locally with the error described in the PR above
  • observe CI of the PR above passing

Expected Behavior

typelint Makefile targets in CI and in local environments should return the same results.

Actual Behavior

typelint Makefile targets in CI and in local environments are not returning the same results.
