When copying a file >16GB an error is thrown and the file is not stored.

I was just able to successfully store a 17GB file, this may have been caused by other issues in my setup. leaving this open until I have a chance to investigate more.

I'm pretty sure it is related to the max tmpfile age, for the past several months when I copy large files to one of my clusters I manually tweak the tmpfile expiration time and haven't had any issues with large files since then.
