Github Package Registry and names inconsistency #20

Package was published in npm package registry with vue-deprecated name (https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-deprecate). When publishing to github package registry, name had to be changed to @fringers/vue-deprecated (https://github.com/fringers/vue-deprecate/packages/289692).

So now we have a names inconsistency and also automatic publish action is not working (because it is taking name from package.json).

TODO:

fix naming convention
fix publish action
fix readme to have correct installation script
