Cannot download packages from VSTS package feed

When you use the new Visual-Studio-Team-Services package feeds paket can't download them.

Finding packages is okay, but when paket want's to download them i get a 400 bad request:

Something went wrong while downloading Scissors.Utils.IO 0.2.0

If you need a package source to reproduce i think i can provide a token.
I don't know if this is paket specific or prerelase stuff, but with nuget it is working. No idea what black magic is going on in azure.
The install log with the verbose option is attached.
