When using this tool in a workflow, if the Organism Common Name Source is set to Direct Entry it doesn't make a handle that I can link a user input box to. If specifying to autodetect the name from a JSON that works fine, but to create a new organism the user needs to specify a name...if the tool sends the data to Apollo without a name it will fail.
This is mainly a user UX issue, as it is now to run the workflow the user must scroll down to step 25, open it and enter the organism name. This is easy to miss and I can see many users forgetting/not understanding they need to do this.
