At some point it had a fixed height and scroll bars would appear on the parts of the component so you didn't have to grow the whole window. Main has this same problem though so it isn't a 24.2 thing - but it is still suboptimal and a bad user experience.

The problem on main:

The revised 24.2 component has the same issue.
