Revise part one of tutorial to use hello-world starter #1630

It's simpler this way as there's no value in teaching people how to init a new
node project from scratch. It just setups up potential roadblocks to actually
using Gatsby.

Also almost every project people do will be from a starter so might as well
get them used to this.
