Add RNDT info in metadata details page

RNDT own information (constraints, resolution, accuracy) are not shown in metadata_details/ page.

We need

• a better display of keywords in thesauri (Thesauri in metadata details GeoNode/geonode#7377)
• customize visualization of constraints
• add visualisation of custom data (resolution, positional accuracy)

Last two points need that new {block}s be added to the metadata_detail.html template, as a GeoNode task.

Furthermore, the file shall be extended in the rndt app in order to apply customization for costraints, resolution and accuracy (#86)
