Bug in vite dev page: Buttons on help page do not have a border

This only happens when the help page is rendered on its own. As soon as you click the help button or launch the modal this issue is fixed. The classes are there but the CSS itself seems to be missing (maybe an issue with Twind? is there any way to work around it?)
