Possibility to get the data from table defined in Spec, in beforeScenario hook

Hi Team,

Could you please confirm whether its possible to fetch the data defined in table, in beforeScenario hook during execution

Eg: In data.csv, there are 10 rows of data with first column as usernames. Each of these rows are considered as a scenario for that user and i need that username from table in BeforeScenario hook.

Could you please confirm whether there is a provision for that ?
