bug: gnopls doesn't recognise gnoland packages

when I added gno.land/r/demo/users I had this error message:

and when I click on the link with command button I have this page :

is this the way it's supposed to work?

this is two separate issue and gno.land packages do work altough there is a known issue when you add new imports
I opened two issues with better titles for this #4 #5

(feel free to reopen if you think I did not address the issue)
