Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Ghostery Tracker & Ad Blocker - Privacy AdBlock
  2. Install HubSpot Sales Extension
  3. Log into Gmail
  4. Log into HubSpot free account
  5. Open the HubSpot extension DevTools

The only blocked URLs in the Ghostery Panel are:
https://metrics-fe-na1.hubspot.com/metrics/v1/frontend/send
https://metrics-fe-na1.hubspot.com/metrics/v1/frontend/custom/send?hs_static_app=hub-picker-ui&hs_static_app_version=static-1.7770

The problem that extensions can block requests from other extensions in Chrome, has been reported here: w3c/webextensions#369

Chrome 128 should include a fix: https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/commit/486d638e6977dad73bd207dc914df9319afac152
