LNI requires to generate a Generate gi-dl-datacite-dublincore-metadata.xlsx.

Generating xls is hard, but csv is more easy.

Experiments show that is is hard to generate this data directly using latex's capabilities. Using the generated bib file and JabRef, it seems to be more easy. However, JabRef/jabref#2762 needs to be fixed.
