[MAcOS] arm64 not supported

_psutil_osx.cpython-39-darwin.so, 0x0002): tried: 'psutil/_psutil_osx.cpython-39-darwin.so' (mach-o file, but is an incompatible architecture (have 'x86_64', need 'arm64e')), '/usr/local/lib/_psutil_osx.cpython-39-darwin.so' (no such file), '/usr/lib/_psutil_osx.cpython-39-darwin.so' (no such file)

How can this be fixed or is not yet possible?

Hi I am interested in this issue but I have no idea how to reproduce this. Can you elaborate on this?

Where is "arm64e" coming from? My understanding is on Apple Silicon arm64 should be used, and arm64e is not yet meant for general use. arm64e however is a requirement for kernel extensions.

My apology, I wanted to update here that I tried installing via
arch --arm64 brew install psutils and just tried it again and it worked :-)

Originally the error came from trying to install glances. Now everything works in this regard.
