Listen1 is software which providing a quick way to search and play music, work like browser but simpler. We(as Listen1) always keep the copyright owners name and notice user about that in software.
In origin takedown notice, QQ music says:

Linking to website as hyperlink is very common in internet. So in common sense, if you publish your website on internet, other one can have links to it. We use QQ Music website to provide our service, without cracking the private part. The only thing we do is providing a more simple view for users.
