This PR adds GitHub's https://forgoodfirstissue.github.com as a recommendation for finding projects looking for help. The For Good First Issue curates digital public goods, civic tech, and social impact projects, providing a way for developers to lend their skills for good. The platform allows users to sort projects based on programming languages and SDGs they are passionate about.

I think this will be a good addition to Open Source Fridays and offer OSS enthusiasts a chance to use their skills for good. Some of these projects are also appearing on the Open Source Friday live streams.

I tried to provide translations for some of the languages (with help from Google Translate) and left others in the default English. Please feel free to edit those, as I expect some may not be accurate and let me know if I need to change anything. Happy to help; thanks!
