Python3.6 was end of life 1 year and 5 months ago (23-Dec, 2021). This should be removed as a requirement from the project.

Python3.7 is end of life in 2 weeks and 6 days from now (27 Jun 2023). This should be removed as a requirement from the project.

That is, technically, we should support any language ` ">=3.7,<4.0".

CircleCI will also need to be updated so that tests pass.
