Few NGOs (recently TAP asked this question) think that sending template messages (without CTA/ User responding to CTA) will bring users into the session window. But they miss that only if the user responds to those messages then only again the session window gets active.

So, can we have a warning message (more like a tip) shared before submitting something like- "Please note- As this message doesn't have a CTA, there is no chance of bringing user into session window through this message" if a template msg is added without CTA/ buttons. As it might get boring/ irritated if it is shown everytime, can we show the message every 10th time or something like that?
