Otherwise, this release candidate incorporates a bunch of fixes that our users have identified in the first RC.

This is our first release to support the Gandi v5 API. Unfortunately, this means a large number of breaking changes, including a total rewrite of LiveDNS support. This release also adds full support of domain management.
