Reproduction Steps

Go to LifterLMS > Settings and select the "Account" tab
If there is a Dashboard page select, clear it

Expected Behavior

Dropdown shows a message to select a Page

Actual Behavior

Placeholder is "Select a Course/Membership"

This issue has be recreated:

Locally
On a staging site
On a production website
With only LifterLMS and a default theme
