Describe the bug:

The CoBlocks Labs and Editor settings modals don't work with Gutenberg versions >=14.3.0.

Originally reported at Automattic/wp-calypso#69103

To reproduce:

  1. Install the Gutenberg plugin (v15.0.1 at the time of writing),

  2. Go to the new post page,

  3. Open the three-dots menu in the top right corner,

  4. Open the CoBlocks Labs and Editor settings modals and see that they render empty:

Expected behavior:

Both modals should render correctly.

Isolating the problem:

  • This bug happens with no other plugins activated
  • This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active
  • This bug happens without the Gutenberg plugin active
  • I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above

WordPress version:

6.1.1

Gutenberg version:

15.0.1
