Godot version:
3.1.stable.official

OS/device including version:
OSX 10.14, Macbook Pro

Issue description:
Scrolling or zooming in TextureRegion panel with trackpad is impossible.
(spacebar+mouse-movement) works for panning around as a last resort, but the spacebar input toggles off the panel back to its minimized state. It becomes essencially impossible to select big regions using only mousepad.

Hello there.
Yes, the textureRegion is painful to navigate. Have to use really steady hand to make your selections and get to where you want to go.
Plus i noticed that Zoom in to selection with shift + F key dosent work if I only have selected parent with children. Had to select all parent and children to get zoom to work.

Can anyone still reproduce this bug in Godot 3.2.3 rc3 or any later release?

Panning works much better now, albeit still slightly too sensitive imo. However, zooming in/out stopped working altogether.

Also the spacebar still conflicts with other inputs.

Should've been resolved by #71685
Please test again.
