Slovenia (sl_SI) looks to be supported, but I do not see defaultFormatFull for it. #70

The documentation states the sl-SI is supported (and it appears in the list of locales), yet it's not in any of the maps, such as DateTimeFormatsByLocale.

Am I thinking about this incorrectly?

I can cut a pr with these changes for slovenia if that'd be helpful.
