Show estimated area when drawing polygon

[estimating area] will only be useful when we do ad hoc, anticipating… but that will be the primary use of GROUND for EUDR DPI so I want it to be kept on top of the priority list

We should have two options :

• show area when polygon is drawn
• let user input area, when pin point is dropped (EUDR only requires to provide polygons above 4ha, so there will be a lot of pin points for small holders, who should have the possibility of providing he information on size of their plot of land

Writing here to push this up. Had another request coming in for area being calculated on the fly. The colleague in question mentioned that especially in places with bad connection and insufficient background maps, seeing the acreage or "hectarege" when closing the polygon is an important quality control mechanism. Would be great to have it implemented alongside the distance measurement #2141 as it is conceptionally close.
